Bro. Sid Ree, pastor of Unity Missionary Baptist Church, spent his early life on a small cattle ranch near the town of Spiro in eastern Oklahoma, where he was raised by wonderful Godly parents. His journey in faith began at a Missionary Baptist Church, where he was saved and baptized as a teenager. At the age of twenty-three, he surrendered to God’s call to preach and began his pastoral journey.

Education and Ministry
Bro. Sid served as a pastor for a couple of small rural churches before moving to Little Rock, Arkansas, in the fall of 1986 to attend the Missionary Baptist Seminary. After four years of dedicated study, he graduated in the spring of 1990 with a Bachelor of Theology degree. That summer, he accepted the call to pastor Hatley Missionary Baptist Church in Hatley, Mississippi, where he served faithfully for over five years. In June 1995, he was called to pastor Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Smith, where he continues to serve the Lord and His people.
